WHO ARE WE?
HISTORY
IMPACT Campus Ministry was founded on October 18, 2011 by Amanda Ross, a (then) junior Public Relations major at Georgia Southern University. With the help of Pastor Paul Johnson from the Spirit & Truth Worship Center in downtown Statesboro and a strong vision for what God wanted her to do, she went forth with her plans of starting what would be one of the most influential campus ministries in GSU's history. Now after five years of growth, love, and hardships, IMPACT, a completely student-led, non-denominational ministry, has made its stamp at Southern as a community about love, friendship, music, acceptance and accountability. These defining characteristics about IMPACT have caused us to stand apart on campus, redefining the stereotypes of both the Christian and college student communities. Paul Simpson is our current president.
